Dr. Baluch is a physician and medical director. Dr. Baluch got his MD from Texas Tech in 2006 and did his Anesthesia at University of Miami between 2006 – 2010. He has over 10 years of experience in the Medical Spa industry owning his own spa as well as being the Director of National Laser Institute.
